Activities are the founding blocks of every project, and the system lets you manage them according to your needs.
Adding an activity
You can add activities to a project at any time to avoid the risk of missing an important part of the product-creation process.
For example, if the process template you’re going to use to create a project – approved by management – is not up to date, you may need to add activities to capture all omitted steps of the process.
Deleting an activity
You can delete an activity from your project or process template whenever you realize the activity is not relevant anymore.
Note: If an activity has associated tasks or is executed, you won’t be able to delete it.
Canceling an activity
You can cancel an activity when you see fit. Often activities are canceled when they are no longer relevant to the project, or when you want to delete an activity but can’t because it has associated tasks.
