How to create/edit project template(s) in Admin Panel?

Project templates can be created in two ways:

Creating project templates from the Admin Panel

To create a project template from the Admin Panel:

  1. Go to Admin Panel > Projects > Project Templates.

  2. Select the +New project template button.

  3. Give it a name in the Template Info section.

  4. In the Activity(s) Info section, select activities in the Base Activity box.

Note: You can either add an already existing activity or create a new one by typing its name in the Base Activity box and then Create option.

4. When done, select Save template.

Editing project templates

Once you create a project template, you’ll find it with all other created templates if you go to: Admin Panel > Projects > Project Templates.

You can activate/de-activate and add/delete activities, as well as add/delete labels, dependencies, and duration(s) in a project template.

To edit a project template:

  1. Select a template from the list and open the Activities column to see all activities in the template.

2. To edit an activity’s label, dependency or duration, select the respective column and edit it.

3. To remove an activity, select it and then the Delete selected button.

Note: You can also create new activities from here by selecting the +Add activity button.
