“Providers” are used in projects to signify a manufacturer, sub-contractor, an internal team or any other entity that provides a product or a service, thus contributing to the overall project execution.
“Providers” follows the same creation/editing logic as “Clients”. You can create a new provider from the Admin Panel or when you create/edit a Project.
To create a new provider from the Admin Panel:
Go to Admin Panel > General> Providers > +New provider button.
You’ll notice that when the Create new provider form opens, it’s divided into two sections: Provider Info and Related Contacts.
3. Under Provider Info, fill in all necessary information for your provider.
4. Under Related Contacts, fill in all necessary information for all contacts related to your provider.
Note: You can create related contacts after you’ve created a provider.
To create a new provider from а project:
Go to Projects > +New project > Provider.
All providers and their related contacts would be accessible from the Admin Panel.
