Comments are a great way to communicate something important related to a task or escalate an issue by involving a third party.
Note: You can add comments only to tasks.
To add a comment:
Open a task and select the Add comment button.
In the Add comment form, fill in the mandatory boxes and write your comment.
2. To add a comment recipient, either use the @ symbol in the body of your text or selct in the Comment reepient(s) box.
3. To add a file either drag and drop a file or select Browse for files.
4. To notify comment recipients by email as well, select the Email all recepients.
5. When done, select Add comment.
