How to create/add activities?

After you create a project, it's time to add activities.

To add activities:

  1. Open a project > + New activity button.

2. In the form, give your activity a name and add a description.

Note: Don't set a Duration if you are not certain of the value. You can do it later.

3. When done, select Save activity.

Tip: Each activity represents a step in the process of creating a product/service. It’s recommended to add the activities corresponding to the first steps and build toward the last.

The new activity is positioned in the project grid. Continue adding more activities until you cover all the necessary steps your project needs to go through.

When you build your project with activities, add dependencies, labels, durations, target deadlines, and My reminders.
