To calculate the target deadline of a project’s activities, each activity must have a set duration and dependencies.
To use the Calculate Target deadline functionality:
Open a project.
Select the Calculate target deadlines button on top of the screen.
Validate and apply the suggested target deadlines.
Note: The critical path serves as a blueprint for the initial planning phase rather than for ongoing management. Instead, we navigate project execution using the Remind me feature. This initial plan assists in setting realistic timelines for tasks and activities and provides a reference point to measure against actual progress.
