The Size Matrix is a crucial feature within the system designed to streamline how you manage and document client orders within any project. This tool enables you to consolidate orders from your company's customers, whether they involve products or services, across various industries. Utilize the Size Matrix feature to centralize all order statuses—open, closed, and canceled—across all company projects in one accessible hub, the Size Matrix Hub.

Key components of the Size Matrix

Each Size Matrix encompasses several elements:

  • Size Standard: Defines the measurement guidelines, such as S, M, L, XL for men's fashion or numerical sizes for women's fashion, among others. Each standard is tailored to fit industry-specific norms.

  • Name: Every Size Standard is uniquely identified, for instance, "European Standard for Men's Tops."

  • Size Value: Denotes specific sizes within a standard.

  • Pieces: Indicates the quantity of items for each size value.

Note: To leverage these features, you must first define size standards and values in the Admin Panel, making them selectable for any project.

Integrating a Size Matrix into your project

A Size Matrix is inherently linked to a project and appears as a prominent tab within the project's interface. Projects can contain multiple orders, each detailed under the Size Matrix tab and further organized within the side panel's Size Matrix hub.
