When you structure/build your projects โ€“ be as detailed as possible. Include all activities whose execution you need to control to guarantee you cover all important aspects of your process and the timely delivery of the final result.

Do not be concerned that you might end up with too many activities. With the Dynamic Planning Methodology, you plan only actionable activities, which leaves you managing daily from the My Reminders Hub a handful of activities, instead of hundreds.

Tip: Once you gain experience managing your projects, you may limit the activities you use. To do this just create a new project template with the revised number of activities and use it for any new project of the same type.
