The system comes with a set of reports that aggregate and break down essential information about projects, milestones, and tasks and their particular attributes.
All reports are easy to set and interpret and can be seen under the Reports menu at the main menu bar.
Note: Access to reports depends on your user rights. If you need ad-hoc reports you can address Havelock’s Customer Success Team.
Types of reports
There are eight main reports in Havelock:
Aggregate Report
Get an aggregated report of selected milestones and their status sorted by different criteria such as Time Factor, Project Type, Producer, and Client.
Quantity/Cost Report
Learn how many items of a product from a project have been produced, and what is their total and average cost.
All Tasks Report
Access the status and information of all users’ tasks. Filter and sort data using the attributes of each task.
Dynamic Reminders Report
Access the status and information of project managers’ milestones. Filter and sort data using the attributes of each milestone.
Late Tasks Report
See all late tasks, their status, and main information. Filter and sort data using the attributes of each task.
Key Milestones Report
Access the planning, execution, and main information of key milestones for a specific time frame. See milestones in the context of their projects.
System Usage Report
Get the big picture of how the system is used in your organization. See the projects, tasks, comments, and notifications each user is working/late on.
Projects Timeline Report
Create a timeline-view report of all projects based on time factor(s) and project types. Access a breakdown of all project-related information.
