Real-time information about project’s progress

Written by Martin Tsekov

Thanks to the Dynamic Planning Methodology, project managers can manage large amounts of information that would otherwise be impossible. This planning approach creates a loop of constant updating in real-time of tasks and communication between people.

For example, when someone cannot execute a task they are forced to write a comment or request a change in the task’s deadline. On the flip side, PMs are kept in the loop with push notifications, not leaving questions unanswered. As a result, users enjoy a complete and up-to-date view of the progress of projects. At any moment they know:

  • What has been planned?

  • When has it happened?

  • Is there a delay?

  • What is the next actionable step?

With access to the latest project communication, file, and document exchange.
