Dynamic planning is at the core of Havelock’s project-planning concept -- The Dynamic Planning Methodology, and lets companies manage a large volume of projects simultaneously, with information updated in real-time, without falling into organizational chaos.

Dynamic planning rests on the principle that products are built and executed one step at a time, and a product's plan can advance to the next phase only if the previous is completed.
