All your tasks for “Today” – and all your other tasks – are in My Tasks Hub. It’s the go-to task management place for any user. Moreover, if your role is a Team Member, My Tasks would be the only tab you would have when you open the system.

Note: From My Tasks, you can access only task details, not milestones and projects. You can access milestones and projects only if you are the owner.

When you open My Tasks, you’ll find your late tasks (marked with red) at the top followed by the tasks due “Today”.

Pro-tip: Your goal is to finish your day with all tasks for "Today" completed. If you cannot finish a task scheduled for “Today”, it's advisable you request a deadline change and keep everyone in sync.

To view a task for “Today”:

  1. Select a task with the label “Today” in the Deadline column.

This action will give you access to all task-related communication, files, and sub-tasks.

2. If you cannot complete your task, request a deadline change by selecting the Request Deadline Change button or add a comment with an explanation by selecting the Add Comment button.

Note: The deadline of a task can be changed only by the task owner.

3. To complete your task, on the Task Tree tab select your task and change the status to Done.

Note: In case a task has more than one assignee, the main task will be completed after all sub-tasks have been completed. See Sub-tasks.
